J'aime beaucoup mon carnet ! Il est très agréable à utiliser et j'apprécie les valeurs qui sont derrières sa création/confection. J'ai également pris une recharge avec semainier, ce qui me permet de pouvoir ajouter quelques feuilles au fur et à mesure pour noter mes rdv, etc. C'est parfait !

My second purchase

This is the second note book I’ve purchased from Minbøk, I got the extra large last time. Since I used two different emails for these orders, and had put some extra large sheets for my other note book on this order, Minbøk contacting me right away to ask if I meant to order the extra large sheets since they won’t fit in the large note book. Great customer service, shows they pay attention to the orders that come in and want the customer to receive exactly what they need.

Great product, and even better customer service

I placed a bulk order for a group of students embarking on a study-abroad trip, and needed assurance that the order would arrive before we left -- not only was my query answered promptly and helpfully, but the order was posted the same day, and when there were delays by the carrier, Minbøk had made an enquiry into the delayed shipping status BEFORE I'D EVEN ASKED ABOUT IT! In the end, they arrived with plenty of time before our departure, the students are thrilled with them, and I would highly recommend this company and their services.
